CBD is currently legal in Hong Kong but if you need to bring your supplements to other countries while travelling, make sure to check local laws before you do! As regulation varies between countries or even states. CBD Oil/Hemp Oil and other hemp products are considered to be food-based. As such, there are no restrictions on the production, sale and consumption of those in Hong Kong.
According to the latest government announcement, Cannabidiol (CBD) is another cannabinoid present in cannabis plants but is not a dangerous drug controlled under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap. 134). Therefore products containing no THC is free to use.
