Where does Heavens Please ship?
We ship internationally! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions, we will try our best to assist.
The customer is responsible for international customs and duties when applicable.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days except for same day delivery. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
How long will it take to ship to me?
Local orders: 1 - 3 business days
International orders: ~ 14 business days
P.S. standard shipping via SF Express is free for local orders when you spend $1500 or more.
SF Express: $30 - $50
Same Day Delivery: Fee as quoted by courier, to be paid upon delivery. Please contact us through WhatsApp at 61223987 prior to placing an order with same day delivery to confirm it is available.
What’s your return policy?
In order to receive a refund, we MUST receive the package within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that this INCLUDES shipping time and any returns received after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
Unopened products returned within 30 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund in the original method paid or store credit (less shipping costs for online orders). Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened.
How do I place a return?
Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are shipping an item over $500, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to research the original purchase and to limit or decline refunds. All sales items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
